About Us!

The current state of our economy has made even the biggest spendthrifts go budget-conscious. As foreclosure and unemployment rates rise, we now have a greater awareness of the dollar; stretching our money as much as possible and looking for ways to boost our incomes. Suggestions for frugal living are more welcome than ever and anyone dispensing sound, money-saving advice can quickly develop a loyal following. These nouveau financial experts include homemakers, survivalists, social  activists, economists and hipster bloggers. The tips they offer are helpful but are generally limited to one theme (e.g. cheap meal planning, off-grid living, investment planning, etc.) so in order to take advantage of them all, you have to leapfrog from one site to another. Though the pointers will help you save cash, a lot of time will be spent collecting them, which is why we’ve decided to streamline the process by compiling massive amounts of money-related information into one slightly sassy and overtly useful blog.

not sure if you’re still making zines or would want to contribute past issues, but we’re having another Art of Zines show and would love you in it.

Please send me a quick email if you’re interested and I’ll send you more details. (It’s coming up soon.)

    peace,
    Cherri
